Who am I?

I remember being 7 years old and taking a trip to Washington D.C. with my father. I took a small film camera in a fanny pack and worked very hard to capture good and interesting photos. I should have know then that I needed to be a photographer. I tried to take photos whenever I could with a point and shoot camera and even an entry level DSLR. Long story short, my journey took another 25 years before it all “clicked” into place and I began capturing photos professionally.

Since 2018 I have worked at capturing sports, high school seniors, event photography, and disaster coverage for world wide news organizations. I am based in the Texas Panhandle and I have worked for various local, regional and national publications, online and in print, including The Associated Press, Press Pass Sports, Amarillo Globe News, Hub City Preps and The Perryton Herald. I have worked for a variety of clients including the Amarillo Sod Poodles, Get Your Teach On, Peak Fighting Championship, the Univ. of Houston football, and the Univ. of Kansas football. I am a full-time freelance photographer looking for opportunities to create the content or the memories you need captured.
