Senior Portraits Process
1. CONTACT US - We will send you the general information first so you can get an idea of what we do and how we do it. Feel free to contact us through the website, all of our social media channels, or even phone!
2. CONSULTATION -phone call to answer questions, further explain creative fees and packages, wardrobe ideas, and planning the session details. We will work to find the right package and customize it to fit your vision or needs. We will also take a look at possible dates and get an idea of when and where we can shoot your memories.
3. SECURE YOUR SPOT and BOOK YOUR SESSION - A $150 deposit serves to secure your spot on our senior roster! It goes towards your overall creative fee as well. All deposits are non-refundable and can be made in the form of cash, check or credit card. The remaining creative fee balance must be paid upon arrival to the shoot.
4. PHOTOSHOOT - Where the magic happens and we get to carry out our combined vision for your senior! Don’t worry about poses, as that is part of my job and I will often have pose examples for you to see as well. So just be ready to have fun!
5. VIEWING APPOINTMENT - A customized and private viewing with our portrait and print consultant where they will present the images captured from the session. She will guide you as you pick out your favorite images and choose your prints and products. We do HIGHLY recommend all the people involved in the decision of print purchases, to be present at the viewing. We feel very strongly about professionally printing your products and having them to view forever, as they are the best way to showcase the senior for years to come!
6. PRODUCT DELIVERY - The exciting moment when you get to see the culmination of our work! Seeing the photos in physical form is becoming one of my favorite moments! We believe you will love it too as you will have senior year memories for a lifetime!
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Add on a quick family session during your senior session for $125 (normally a $250 value!)
Creative Fee does not include prints, products or digitals.
There is no minimum purchase required at the Reveal and Ordering session.
Our clients spend an average $1300 at their Ordering Session
Sales Tax will be added to creative fees and all purchases.
Taxes, fees etc are calculated on your itemized invoice.
When is a good time to schedule a session?
As soon as possible! The earlier in the school year is usually better as senior year really flies by and the spring semester gets very hard to schedule around events and weather. Plus, even waiting on the trees and grass to turn green can be a problem here in the Texas Panhandle. I also have filled up the last couple of years and have had to limit the amount of seniors I can shoot in the spring. We usually start having sessions in July before school starts as well, so don’t hesitate to contact us and get on the books. Even if you want your session in the winter/early spring, please reach out so we can get it in our calendar before it fills up!
DO you travel for senior photos?
I sure do! I am always up for a new adventure to take photos. Even though I am based in Perryton, TX, I have and will happily travel to anywhere you’d like for your senior photos. From Alaska to Antarctica, anywhere is possible! Do not hesitate to ask.
What should I wear?
We usually discuss this during your consultation, but we welcome everyone’s unique style. We are trying to capture your personality and your accomplishments and memories. Letter jackets, uniforms, and special dresses are welcomed as well! Whatever is special to you is special to us.
